Maximize your savings with the Dallas Electricity (YEP Energy) Automatic Bill Payment Program!Customers who enroll save up to $.005 per kilowatt hour more and it is easy to get started! Simply choose a credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard) or checking account you would like to pay from and we will automatically pay your energy bill every month. There are no additional fees for this service and it not only saves you money, but time as well!

Once you are set up you will receive an email confirmation that your account has been set-up for Automatic Bill Payment, and your additional savings will start on your next bill
To get started, follow the simple instructions below:

Log into My Account (Click HERE) and follow the instructions on how to get started. You will need to provide your Visa, Mastercard, or bank account information via our secure, online sign-up process.Over the Phone or by Fax:
You may complete the Dallas Electricity Authorization for Automatic Bill Payment Form (ACH Form Download HERE ) and submit this completed form to Dallas Electricity Customer Care using the procedure found at the top of the form.
Or, you may contact Customer Care to provide your credit card or banking information over the phone or if you have any questions about how to get started. That number is 1-866-937-5937.
After we receive your authorization, it will take approximately one week to set up your account(s). Your bill(s) will show "AUTO PAY" in the "Amount Due" box and you will see your monthly savings as a line item on your bill!
